- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the specific services that are requested, I charge about $25 an hour and I typically use this to create a one time "project fee" that includes all of the services I will provide through the course of planning an event. If there is travel or additional services involved then that would also be factored into the project fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually the process starts with the customer telling me what they need, and after I have gotten all of the information and details about the event they are wanting to plan then I can come up with a quote that will reflect the entire cost of the event and my services for coordinating as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree from West Texas A&M University, where I studied communication skills, public relations, and event management.
