FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, I don't do flat rate pricing. In my opinion it is not cost effective for the customer. I price my jobs by the job and the materials it takes to make the proper repairs, and if it takes two hours that's what the customer pays for, not five hours because a book says that's what it should take.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified in HVAC. Many schools including boilers both gas and oil, chillers, and all types of residential and commercial heating and cooling systems. gas furnaces, heat pumps and oil furnaces.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always been a hands on kind of person. I started with automotive repairs then found myself very interested in HVAC, and 25 years later I'm still doing it.
