FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on the project. Websites are usually priced as a package unless it is updating or maintenance work. The remainder of work is usually handled by an hourly cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Creative Ninjas have a collective 25+ years in the graphic design and website development and design business.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
If you are unsure of what you want, but have specifics that you either like or dislike, it is better to discuss those specifics before beginning the work. It is not cost-effective nor helpful to work under the assumption of the client will know what they want when they see it. It is always better to find an aesthetic, style, color thoughts, etc. before beginning to avoid any unnecessary time on things that he/she won't like.
