- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair for the market and as such I do not offer my services at a discount because that would be devaluing your experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For coaching speakers: phone conversation assessment, meet and have them give the speech. Evaluate and recommend modifications. Rinse Repeat. For an event planner needing a motivational speaker: phone conversation to assess needs and two meetings prior to the event to fully define your needs and the needs of your audience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m an award winning speaker and paid professional speaker. I earned my CC with Toastmasters and regularly attend and present at four meetings per month as well as at conferences.
