Made:Cozy fully re-tied the springs inside my chair to make it feel new sturdy before reupholstering it in its new fabric.

Made Cozy responded quickly to my request. I had a couple popped buttons on a tufted ottoman that they were able to repair in a day. The buttons are as good as new.
I would definitely work with them again on another project.
