What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I encourage my clients to review their needs in person or via email so I may provide a more accurate quote. I will send a contract outlining the specifics of what can be expected of my services and what I will be required of the client to complete the project.
A digital marketing plan can be developed if the client does not currently have one. This is a premium product that gives great value to the overall project plan whereby keeping goals on track.
The typical pricing structure is 50% down to start, 30% 1/2 complete and final 20% upon completion to go live. Payments plans are available.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BS CIS from Bentley University, 25+ years of tech expertise to include programming, project management, business startups, over 10 years of web development, Wordpress dev since 2014 and Expand2Web Expert trusted advisor.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My beginning began while producing Executive Account Systems. Basic graphic design and development was utilized which carried throughout my professional career. I volunteered much of my services in web development in my earlier years in the web presence arena, so much so that I loved it so much, I created a company specific to the needs of Online Web clients.

My client base ranges from exercise/fitness, equestrian clubs and farm sites, hi-tech business promotion, hvac, personal websites and more...
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Elite Fitness NH . com - I enjoy working on this project because of it's nature and size. The site took several weeks to complete once all information was collected over a span of almost 2 months. This project is now an ongoing project as the client loves the work and is expanding with added features. A very uplifting industry, I am currently working on 2 other fitness sites.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your research. Hire someone that is personable, accountable, and professional. Hire local if possible and when not possible, be sure to have phone conversations to ensure you have their full support and they are looking out for your best interest.

What is the main purpose of your project? Who are you selling to? Who is your audience? What is the theme of your project? What colors schemes might be of interest? Are there examples of projects you've seen that inspired you?
