What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically do an hour session--once or twice a week depending on your needs and availability. $40 an hour on a weekly-session basis. Discounted price of $60 if there are two sessions a week.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to understand my client's daily routine to see how active they are, then I like to focus on their nutrition--what they eat throughout the day. Finally, I tailor a diet and fitness routine to fit my client's needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Associates degree in education. Working on my ACE certification. CPR qualified.
