- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is by package. The packages can all be found on our website, happy-guest.net . We can help you choose the appropriate package, based on how large and how long your event is, as well as how many magnets you want. You can also choose to add a photo booth to any of the packages, as an addition or replacement to the candid photos.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we first start working with a new customer, we send them a questionnaire to learn more about their event. We ask for the logistical details, like time and date, as well as the nature, structure, and theme of the event (what kind of event is it? is there a distinct schedule within it? is there a theme we should know about?) Once we know more about your event, we communicate with you to design a magnet frame to your exact specifications (including color, pattern, design, and any text or images you want to add).
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
The time was right for me to start my own business, and I wanted to choose something I could enjoy and be passionate about. Photography, especially in this way which allows me to use graphic design, was a clear path.
