- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Trinity's Landscaping provides a unique, customized experience for our customers. Each job starts with a detailed estimate of what services (including prices) will be needed to complete the job. Depending on the size of the job, partial payment may be needed upfront. Since each job is unique, pricing is discussed once the property is assessed and the services needed are determined.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: Establish communication with the customer to determine what it is the customer expecting from us. Step 2: Once understanding the customers vision, a detailed estimate (including prices) of the job will be discussed. Step 3: Provide top-notch quality work throughout the duration of the job. Step 4: Once completed, follow-up maintenance (if any) along with payment will be discussed.
