- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have different options for pricing that will depend on the following components; the size, area or space of the job site; distance between origin and destination addresses; extra miscellaneous services such as packing and extra materials provided or need to be procured. In the area of cleaning, we have standard rates depending on the package selected (Please see our service offerings in the service area). However, we try to work with our repeat and new customers to find a payment plan that is reasonable for both parties. Let us know how we can be of help to you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prior to providing moving or cleaning services for our customers, we generally begin by conducting a virtual walk-through (over phone or web) of the home or office needing our awesome and professional services. Based on the information provided by the customer, we then discuss the service details, pricing options and then provide a proposal for the service. Once you accept our proposal, we will affirm and schedule a convenient time to provide the service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have trained veterans and professionals with several years of training in the area of moving services and cleaning industry with vast amount of hands-on experience major metro areas. We also update our workers occasionally with moving or cleaning training kits especially when it relates to States and National laws to keep them awesomely professional. We are able to pretty much move anything movable, clean anything cleanable within a household or an office space YES, ANYTHING! While we mainly focus on moving and cleaning services, we are also able to assist with other services such as packing but kindly let us know in advance if you require such service.
