I have been training with Jackson for about two years now. It has truly been a great experience, he is an exceptional trainer and is not only concerned with my fitness level but my overall health. When I started two years ago, I was barely able to do a push up and my core and balance were awful. I train with him once a week, and on my own 3-4 times a week using what I learn in my sessions with him. Two years later and I am able to hold a plank for more than 30 seconds and do a real push up :-) I have not only lost weight but have toned and strengthened my body. He is patient, and ensures that you doing the exercises correctly. Jackson works with me to make sure I am making healthy life choices; it really is a full lifestyle change to become a healthy individual. He also introduced me to the importance of rolling out after working out and myofascial release. I use to suffer from incredible headaches, which I didn't realize were related to tight back/neck muscles. Ever since I started a stretching and roll out routine, my headaches have pretty much stopped. Needless to say I will continue to train with him!

My husband and I worked with Jackson in the gym environment and saw incredible results. Like many folks these days, we have paused our gym membership for the time being. It was so great to see that Jackson transitioned as well. We are now working with him virtually. He helped us select a few key pieces of equipment to start our "home gym." We use a tablet and a face-to-face app. Suddenly, we're back on track. He has taken the time to thoroughly understand our needs and goals. He constantly modifies exercises to make them accessible to us, working around existing injuries. His focus on mobility is key, but his approach to health goes beyond physical ability to encompass total well being.

Jackson is a very knowledgable trainer. He really knows what he's doing and has the ability to communicate how proper movements should be preformed. I've learned so much through him and it's given me the confidence to go into a gym alone to have a great workout!

Jackson is very professional and very dedicated to making sure my fitness goals are being met. He makes my workouts fun and makes sure to make adjustments to the exercises if I’m having difficulties. He makes sure that I’m not experiencing any pain from the exercises as well. I would highly recommend him to others looking for a personal trainer.
