Introduction: We're the first South American Food truck in the DC area serving Paraguayan and Argentinian food. Our menu features Milanesa sandwiches which come with your choice of beef, chicken, eggplant, zucchini, or fish that has been hand-pounded, marinated for 24 hours, lightly breaded, and fried to golden, crispy perfection. You can customize your choice with zesty homemade sauces and carefully curated ingredients, or you can choose from one of our signature sandwiches with names like 'The Kevin Bacon,' 'Uncle Jalapeño' and 'The Charlie Sheen.'
