FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sorry to say that we do not have a standard pricing system that is simply based on size or square feet per hour or something to give a number that everyone can gauge. Our process involves understanding how much time and work every task may require through the different areas of a home or business and putting it all together for pricing that is both fair and competitive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to walk a property to ensure that we know it well and include or exclude details of what will or will not need attention as every property and customer has different needs. If a walk through visit is not available, we will seek additional information in order to provide an accurate well written quote for our customer. We do not feel that we can fairly and accurately throw a number into a response and believe that that alone will give our customer a fair and accurate service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We all have extensive experience in a cleaning related field and in jobs in which cleanliness is of up most importance. We do not hire people that are only experienced in cleaning their own home. They must have some real world experience, trainable with the ability to understand and follow direction, goal oriented and show a desire to do their best with an eye for detail. In addition to the services our company performs now, I have more than ten years experience in construction and overseeing the construction of new homes. During this same time I worked along side many of our cleaning services to ensure that they understood, met, and exceeded our goals and expectations in cleanliness and protecting our investments. Construction cleaning proved to be some of the hardest dirtiest work you can be involved in as well.
