Prices vary based on each individual case.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first schedule an initial visit with clients for inspections, cleanings, and to provide educated answers to any concerns pertaining to the fireplace and chimney. Once the needed repairs have been identified, we will present our estimate along with providing options for the issues that may concern homeowners. A follow-up visit is scheduled to execute the repairs authorized by the homeowner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are nationally certified with the Chimney Safety Institute of America (CSIA). Our technicians receive ongoing training and classes to ensure our knowledge is up to date. Technicians have been specially trained in servicing gas fireplaces/appliances. We follow Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations to assure safe and healthful working conditions for employees.
