- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our motto is the price of your images should not determine the quality. So wether you book our most expensive collection or just a mini session you will receive exceptional costumer service and consistently beautiful images.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a client contacts us we send out a welcome package that includes our prices. We discuss if the client would like to meet for a consult. As everyones time is valuable we are a totally automated studio. What does that mean? We don't have to meet with our clients to provide exceptional customer services. Everything can be done via email and custom forms delivered via e-mail.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of the Professional Photographers of America, a member of Florida Professional Photographers and a member of NPS (Nikon Professional Services). I keep up with my skills and new gear as well as retouching techniques by attending Photoshop World Conference, WPPI (Wedding Professional Photographers International) Conference, PhotoPlus Expo, and Imaging USA Conference every year.
