- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we make contact, I estimate the project, either in person or online. If the estimate is accepted we schedule a day to complete the work. Once I arrive, if quoted online, I will inspect the glass for hard water stains, cracks, or anything else that could hinder the cleaning process. After I inspect the windows, if there is any problems with the glass I make you aware. If it's something I can fix and you want me to fix it I add it on to the estimate and behind the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a cleaner for 5+ years, previously owning a full service cleaning company that specialized in move in/move out cleaning & post construction cleaning. During this time, exterior cleaning (window, pressure washing) was an option we offered to or customers.
