- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is affordable and customers have found that we are less expensive then chain tax preparation stores. We are community based and opened year round. We offer military and first responder discounts as well are referral discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can have an initial phone conversation about your taxes. We offer a secure document transfer system where you can upload your documents so we can begin preparing your taxes. Once your taxes are completed, we will set an appointment for final review and sign-off. Once you sign off we can electronically file your taxes for a quicker processing of your return by the IRS.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified tax preparer and a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals "NATP". We are a proud member of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce.
