Introduction: I take a hands on approach to meet the needs of my customers. I have worked with incumbent workers, jobseekers, managers and CEO's. I specialize in the workforce needs of a region and how to combat the causes of those needs.
Workforce is an issue within every state, county, and economic background. There are roadblocks everywhere with incumbent workers and potential employees in regards to experience levels, education statuses and salary needs. The difficulties continue for employers in regards to retention, hiring and progressive management. I want to help find those gaps and problems and analyze the situation for each client. By doing so, I believe strategic changes can be made within systems to make for better and more profitable lives for employers and employees.
