- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on a number of factors. Size of animal and service required. Amount of time needed and time between grooms is also a factor. Once we are "stabilized" we typically will hold your price, no surprise!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we ask all of the pertinent questions and write down your preferences, concerns and special needs. When we meet your pet we get down on the floor and welcome them and assure them we can be trusted and will care for them as well if not better than their people.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Tons of pets over the years who were cared for as well as our own family. Besides working in the pet space we have also worked extensively in hospitality, public relations and business administration which leaves us uniquely qualified to Service our animal loving community.
