Introduction: By combining different techniques, I provide acupuncture or therapeutic massage that meets the needs of the individual at that point in time. The result may result in a decrease in tension, discomfort and/ or pain. For acupuncture, I address the current and most important issue as well as any underlying patterns I notice. For massage, I incorporate a blend of Myofascial release, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Acupressure techniques to address the areas of restriction. These therapies alleviate tension, assist in recovery from injury or illness, increase mindful body awareness, reduce stress, and improve overall health.
I enjoy helping my clients to improve their overall health and wellbeing.

I love Julie's massages. She really knows how to find the knots and dig in, but also has a very gentle touch. I know that every time I get a massage from Julie, she will focus on the parts of my body that need attention the most and I will leave feeling relaxed and with less tension.

Julie is an excellent massage therapist and my deep tissue session with her went very well. She was adept at finding problem areas and worked to relieve them with appropriate pressure. She was very professional and the facility was nice as well. The massage room was spacious and quite comfortable. I will be seeing Julie for another session and I recommend her as a massage therapist.
