- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All my services are custom work. No two events are exactly the same, they are all unique, so it's very difficult to have standard pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Process is quite simple. After initial contact, we schedule a free phone consultation to discuss needs. If you desire to move forward I put together a proposal based on the details we discussed during our consultation. Once you approve or make changes, we schedule a time to meet in person to sign a contract and obtain the retainer fee. This can also be done digitally.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended the American School of Flower Design with world renowned Michael Gaffney as my instructor. It was a delightful experience and I continue expanding on my knowledge with workshops and design classes to ensure I continuously deliver up to date and on-trend designs for all my customers.
