- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All clients start with a 30 minute Intake call where we can learn about their lifestyle, their goals, and any obstacles they're facing. From there we develop a 3 month Personalize Foundations program to ensure that we build the necessary habit for a lasting change. After the 3 months are over clients can choose to move to ongoing accountability or continue for another 3 months.
