Introduction: Rain City Fitness is a boutique fitness studio In Arlington offering clients the opportunity to workout in a friendly, non- gym atmosphere. We have the most professional and knowledgable trainers around. Our clients are primarily female. We offer personal training, over 18 group classes a week and we have a certified health and behavior coach and a holistic nutritionist on staff. Our group fitness classes include Spin, TRX, Barre, Circuit Strength, Insanity, Core and Abs. We also offer fitness programming for clients who want more time in the gym making your fitness goals more achievable. The ability to work with our personal trainers eliminates the guess work as each workout is customized and tailored to your needs. Jessica is such a positive and caring trainer. She pushes you hard so when you're done you feel like you got a great workout in. She is also very knowledgeable about what foods to eat and not eat to fuel your body correctly.
