My mom and I contacted Mr. Shelly when we were buying our house. It was a first time experience for us and he was very patient and professional. We asked a lot of questions and he was very helpful. We contacted him after we moved in and he helped us with maintenance questions and even helped us find a contractor to build a deck.

Jim did a home inspection for us that convinced us not to buy the house we were looking at. The seller's real estate agent pressured him to change his report but he stood his ground and we were impressed by his integrity. When we needed a rush inspection on another house Jim couldn't be there but he referred another inspector who did a good job as well, and we went on to purchase the house. We were happy with the service and the referral. I recommend him.
