Introduction: I offer personalized lessons in guitar, voice, songwriting, and bass, and fit the lessons to your learning style, personal interests, and skill level.
I am also an experienced acoustic, solo musician, covering everything from Maroon 5 and Weezer, to Fleetwood Mac and Frank Sinatra. I have up to four hours of set material and have professionally performed solo for over seven years now, since I was in High School.
Finally, I offer original compositions for independent films/works in need of scores.
As an experienced musician and performer, I know how rewarding anything from playing in a bedroom to performing on the big stage can be. I love knowing that I am helping others enhance their skills so that they can experience the same joys from music that I do. I love working with people as well. As for composition, I love working behind the scenes to enhance a story. It is a particular challenge to try to produce something that should ultimately be unnoticed, and I love the challenge.

Haley scored my past 2 films. Her musical knowledge is strong by itself, but what set her apart from everyone else was her versatility and ability to score for any situation I threw at her. One film was a quick witted comedy, the other was a dramatic sci fi thriller, that has gone on to be selected in one festival so far, and is pending others. She crafted the songs after extensive intellectual conversations with me about the themes of the films. We shared a belief that scoring can never be random, and the sound track must reflect the deeper meaning of the work. She had a lot of insight to offer during these conversations. The scores enhanced the final product for sure. Great work ethic, great person, and great music! Thanks Haley!

I worked with Haley at Camp Jam and she was not only an incredible, adaptive musician, but also a very gifted teacher. She was creative and effective in her approach and well loved by all her students, coworkers, and bosses.
