What a company, the owner Mike will come into residence and do a very detailed inspection. He describes the problem(s) and tell you what needs to be done to get rid of those problems and the problem is gone. I would highly recommend utilizing D'tour Pest Defense.

MORE THAN IMPRESSIVE, AND GENUINELY CARING. I called Mike frantic after I found 4 hornets/wasps in my home within a 2 hours period. My concern wasn't as much for myself as it was for my 2.5 year old son who is potentially allergic to wasps. After hearing my story, Mike reassured me on the phone, and told me he didn't anticipate any huge infestation (I left my balcony door wide open for multiple hours the day before...so he mentioned they probably were just drawn in with the air flow and attracted to the light) but told me he would still come to check it out to give me the peace of mind to make sure my son and I could sleep peacefully that night (i'm a single mom, also...) After he texted me saying he was on his way (almost immediately after we got off the phone) i wrote back asking how much i would owe him, and he told me nothing. He genuinely just cared about my fear...and this man didn't even know me. He drove 40+ minutes on a friday night (after 7pm) and throughly checked my entire condo and balcony for any wasps, nests, eggs.. everything. We found nothing, and he said he could spray some repellent on the windows but that he didn't think it was really necessary, but if it would make me feel better he would. I took his professional and honest, genuine advice and opted to not have the windows sprayed, but he assured me I could call him if I had any further problems or became fearful of infestation again. He was polite and courteous to myself as well as my family. He was respectful, genuine and honest, and that's hard to come by these days. Thank you Mike and D'tour Pest Defense for professionally and courteously addressing my pest problem and for allowing me to sleep at ease in my home tonight. I'm so grateful! 10/10 stars

I have major issues going on at my house... mice, crickets, and SNAKES!! Michael was so responsive and came all the way to my house very quickly. He inspected my house thoroughly and gave us guidance on many things no other pest control people did... this guy really knows his stuff! He was so sincere and caring. He is not one of those people who pretends to be nice then charge you alot... he didn't even have a pricing for all the hard work he did... We felt bad and asked him if he could spray this and that... and he honestly told us how he didn't want to charge us for things we could just buy and do on our own. I am a very picky customer and really felt relieved after talking to Michael..Thank you so much!!
