- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
-Make sure they are licensed, bonded and insured. -Make sure they use employees and not independent contractors. -Make sure they use quality products! Did you know some companies use cheap knock off brands and water down their products! We only use name brand products and never water them down. We are licensed, bonded and fully insured. So that in the unlikely event something happens we are fully covered! Our cleaners are employees and have passed a nationwide background check and drug test.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
- Are you insured and bonded? Yes we are fully insured and bonded. So in the unlikely event that something happens we are fully covered. - Are you licensed? Yes. We are based out of Ashburn, Va. And we hold a Business License with Loudoun County and are registered with the Clerk of the Circuit Court. - What areas do you service? We service Loudoun County, Fairfax County, Culpeper, Gainesville & Haymarket. - Do you use Independent Contractors or Employees? All of our cleaners are company employees. - Can I trust the cleaner that will be cleaning my home or office? Yes! All of our employees must pass a nation wide background check and drug test. - Do you water down your cleaning solutions? We never water down our cleaning solutions. - Do you use off brand cleaning products? No! We only use well know, "top shelf" cleaning products. We provide a superior clean and that can only be achieved with quality products. - Will you show up on time? We strive to arrive on time. However we have a 1 hour service window to allow for traffic and unforeseen delays outside of our control. We will let you know if we run into any delays. - Do you have a service guarantee? Our Guarantee: We back all work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with any area we’ve cleaned, just call within 24-hours and we’ll re-clean it free of charge. - Can I reschedule my service date? Yes! You must reschedule by 5pm the day prior. All our customers have access to their account online where you can book and reschedule service anytime! - Am I locked into a contract? No. You can cancel service anytime.
