Life on Purpose

Introduction: The women I work with are caring and accomplished, but are feeling a little lost or overwhelmed! They want to make a difference in the lives of their families and give their kids a great example to follow, but they want to stay connected to their home base as it grounds them! They are navigating change and are ready to focus some energy on figuring out and accomplishing their own personal, professional and relationship goals and strike a balance that keeps everyone (relatively) happy! They are setting the tone for their kids to have a dedicated, loving and FULFILLED parent! I decided to become a Certified Elite Life Coach because I have been in that place where I was navigating life changes and felt stuck. I love helping others find the empowerment I gained from asking those hard questions, walking out the reality of the answers and ditching the guilt for focusing some time and attention on their own needs. For some of my clients the changes they implement are in perspective, confidence and a shift of where they devote their energy. For others the changes are much more involved. But in the end they are all in a more content and fulfilled space in their lives because they have chosen to take a good look at their lives and live them INTENTIONALLY. ​ Don't just go through the motions, LIVE YOUR LIFE ON PURPOSE!
