FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $75/hour for businesses and $60/hour for non-profits.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my client - who is your target market, what have you done in the past, what's been successful and what's not, who is your competition, etc. I also find out what your style is and how you prefer to work (email, phone, etc.). We will discuss the project in person or over the phone. I'll put together a creative brief that outlines the scope, pricing, agreements, etc. so you know that I understand what we are doing, and from there we'll set a schedule of deadlines so you know when to expect the first proof and our goal for having the whole project completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated in 2005 from James Madison University with a degree in Media Arts & Design. I've also taken multiple follow-up training classes over the course of my career in programs such as Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Muse.
