- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Volume-based pricing depending on the amount of room your items take up on the truck. FOUR GREEN GUARANTEES: 1. 2 HOUR WINDOW- Guarantee you won't wait around for our arrival 2. PRICE ASSURANCE- Free, no-obligation estimate is given. If you like the price we will get to work removing your items. If we are able to take up less room than we estimated you pay the lower price. If your items take up more room then we eat the difference. You never pay more than the estimate. 3. 14-DAY DONATION RECEIPT- If any of your items can be donated we will do so on your behalf and send YOU the the tax-deductible receipt for your taxes. 4. 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED- The only one in the business to offer this!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call for a free estimate. We are available same or next day or book in advance. We estimate based on volume of your items. Your estimate is guaranteed. Your price will never be more than your estimate BUT if we are able to pack it more effectively and it takes up less room, you pay the lower price! We take checks and all major credit cards upon completion of the job. We also have 15 cubic yard roll-off container rentals, labor only and some limited delivery services available.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our men are highly trained, clean cut and knowledgeable on how to address each job. They are insured and bonded and are sensitive to each job and the challenges surrounding it. You can trust the Junkluggers!
