After getting three quotes for a repair of a basement foundation crack, NEO offered me the best price. They were very professional and did a fantastic job. I have had several issues with my basement in the past (hopefully all behind me now) - but going forward, if I ever require any more work I will definitely go with NEO Waterproofing

Brandon was great to work with. We wanted to redirect the downspouts on our property to the street and he was more than accommodating in making that a reality. We will definitely look into using Neo in the future if we have any other projects to tackle.

The work that needed to be done was explained in a manner that was easy to understand. The owner was comfortable to work with and I felt that he focused on only necessary repairs. I would definitely recommend NEO Waterproofing.

We had to get the basement waterproofed as a condition of the sale for our home. NEO came in, provided honest opinion about their solution options, provided two itemized estimates and a 'combo' estimate if we had done both jobs together. There were constant updates though 99% of the project. They had a professional and friendly crew who took time out of their work day to answer my questions and if they had questions, they asked vs assuming they knew the answer. Why not a 5-star review vs 4-star? There is no option for a 4.75. They went over their timeline by half a day and I wasn't notified they needed it. Their communication to that point was spot on and ahead of me needing ask questions. Also, due to the required removal of a sink, it generated leaking pipes that were left to leak post-completion. This caused a panic as I had water in the basement BUT NEO responded immediately and nubbed and sealed the pipes, stopping the leaks. I HIGHLY recommend NEO for an honest, fair approach to your basement needs. Nothing is ever going to go exactly as planned and NEO responded in the way I expected.

I have a dry basement, thanks to neo-waterproofing. The best part of my experience with the company is no bull. Called for a estimate, had a bid within 1 business day, and job completed by weeks end. Brandon is very personable and easy to speak with. Give this company a shot, you won't be disappointed!
