I usually talk with a client about what problems that their device is having, when it started and what I'm able to do to solve those issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a CompTia A+ and Network+ certification. I have extensive training with Microsoft Windows (all versions), Apple macOS/OSX and all the major Linux distros.
