As the owner of this company I take the time to sit down and get to know my customers and their needs in the work I provide. I take the time and effort in every job to make every customer satisfied. I enjoy providing a quality service to customers making home improvements. I enjoy getting to know each and every home owner before and during the job. When a home improvement is complete rather a major improvement or something small. The smile on the customers face and satisfaction of their updates is what I strive for.

Storrs General Contractor is very professional, reasonable and does excellent work. I had hardwood flooring put in my bedroom and could not be happier with the results. I also had several repairs that were beyond perfect. I would recommend Storrs for all your home needs. Storrs is the best!!

Excellent! Storrs pulled old hardboard siding from the whole house, including soffits and fascia, and resided with vinyl. Superb craftsmanship!! Knowledgeable attention to detail. Collaborative. Conscientious (here at 7:00 AM each morning). Considerate. Planned ahead for various contingencies. Responsive. Organized. Consistent. Cleared work area at the end of each day. And none of this did we specifically ask for. All his professionalism. As nervous as we were about hiring someone from the internet, his skill, ethics, and sincerity far surpassed expectations! Highly recommend! We'll be hiring him again for some other jobs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job varies depending on the extent of the work and the task at hand. When estimating a job hourly I estimate all labor hours at an affordable rate of $30/ hr.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contact is made with my new customers I like to make the time to talk with them and let them know a little about my company and how it operates. If they are interested in my service I like to schedule a day and time to come to them and sit down and talk face to face with them. I enjoy getting to know each customer rather they choose to use my company or not.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Storrs General Contracting is a PA licensed and insured company. As the owner I have years of experience dealing with customers and fulfilling their home improvement needs.
