If you are not aware of court system, dont know what to do in car accident, traffic ticket, or any other legal case. Dont worry. I highly recommend this law firm on basis of my experience. One of my friend got a letter to appear in court. He ask me he dont know anything what to do. I searched online to find a best attorney. I found this law firm with highest reviews in Georgia. We called and told about letter, After getting basic info Mr Awad told him that its his traffic accident case. Mr Awad is very good listener, he guided very well and explains options in detail. He is very professional and we liked outstanding customer service. Without any fee on almost half hour on call we got such helpful and best in class service from top rated attorney, Im impressed. Now I know why they have 5 stars rating. If google have 10 it will be 10 stars recommend.

Very upset with the poor communication through out the process. I told Ibrahim, from the beginning, that I was not guilty and I intended to fight the charges. He assured me we would win, and we didn't. He's over confident and very inexperienced and I think I would have done a better job myself and would have saved a lot of money in the process.The most frustrating thing about the process was the lack of preparation on his part. He literally waited until the day prior to work on my case. I paid him $5,000 and saw him twice prior to trial. Both times it was about money. I don't think he cares about anything but being paid. I actually ran into the judge in the street, and he told me I had poor representation and that was the only reason I lost my case! In his response he mentions spending "hours captioning the audio on the dash cam video" but what he fails to mention is that all that was inadmissible because he failed to give it to the judge prior to trial so he can authenticate it! Everyone was laughing at his inexperience and all he wanted to do was kiss up to the judge and assure him that he wouldn't try and appeal the verdict....thanks. Also in his response, he mentions how easy it is to get a hold of him. I actually tried reaching out to him and it took him a month to get back to me after multiple attempts on my end only to get more empty promises and reasons why it was MY fault we lost the case. That's the biggest thing I take issue with, It's how he lacks accountability. He'll always tells you reasons why things are never his fault. And Anybody reading this should know that I did post this 3 years after trial because I'm not the type of person who likes to speak poorly about people but decided to because I looked at his reviews prior to hiring him and wished somebody would have taken a few minutes to warn me. Because rest assured, the damage of hiring the wrong lawyer will stick with you for the rest of your life...so choose wisely!

I do acknowledge and understand your dissatisfaction when we didn't receive the verdict we were praying for. I, like you, believed in your case, and I spent weeks preparing and personally spent dozens of hours reviewing and captioning the audio on the dash cam video. To this day, I think you were wrongly convicted. I take every case extremely seriously and I completely understand your frustration. Every client has my personal cell phone number and I almost always return calls/texts within 24 hours. During a two and half day trial, I challenged every element of the state's case. I am deeply saddened that you still have these feelings against me for a trial that happened back in July of 2015, and I truly wish I can do something about it.
