- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, typically priced per coaching session. Other associated services, such as psychological assessments and surveys are additional.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting with the client to understand their specific, unique needs and to ensure that we are a fit for one another. Once we are both clear on the needs and fit, we contract together to clarify the scope of the coaching relationship, including goals, frequency of meetings and duration.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Virginia Tech. I also have additional education and certifications in psychological assessment administration and coaching from globally recognized associations.
