From the first contact, Andrew was responsive and kept in touch via phone until he made his home visit. He cleaned up the computer and, although he was uncertain about the source of the problem at first, he was able to get it running again as it should. He is professional, personable, and persistent in completing the job. I have had enough experience with computer repair to recognize competence and, without question, would use his services again

Andrew Russ was pleasant and cooperative, as well as punctual. He answered all our questions with patients, and was obviously knowledgeable in the computer areas we required. He helped to figure out what was wrong . He work very hard to fix it and was able to get my wife's compter working better. He was honest with us and very nice on time and great to talk with. I will be hiring him to work on are other computers soon.

Had a great experience. He was on time, polite and had the knowledge to help us. We had a large problem with an IMac and he has put us on the road to recovery. We will have him back to finish the procedure. He has a vast data bank of information when it comes to all things computer. Would highly recommend him.

I have next to no knowledge on how to do even the basic stuff on a computer. Andrew was prompt, he came to my home office and helped me resolve email, encryption, and other issues. He also is working on fixing my lap top that crashed. Andrew clearly knew what he was doing, he was professional, was easy to speak to and extremely fair and affordable! I have had not so great experiences in the past with "big name" PC repair companies. This was my first time using Andrew, but I will definitely use him from now on and recommend him to everyone! S. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes most jobs are 45 an hour for desktops and 55 an hour for laptops. Most jobs are two hours and no more even if it takes me longer

I have several technical certifications, I have technical diploma and having been doing full desktop and software support for over 20+ years.
