Introduction: I offer Reiki sessions and also classes for those who would like to learn Reiki. My focus as a teacher and a practitioner is on the Japanese style of Reiki. I also recently attended a seminar on The Emotion Code with Dr. Bradley Nelson. It is an energy healing modality that focuses on releasing trapped emotions that are believed to cause distortion in our body's energy field. I am now offering this to my clients upon request.
I love witnessing clients' and students' reactions when they experience that there is a very real effect when we focus our thoughts and intentions on connecting to our body's innate ability to heal. It's a lovely thing to witness someone's energy and demeanor change for the better from the beginning to the end of a session or after practicing a healing meditation in class.
I have two children and as a parent it has been amazing to be able to offer them Reiki when they are sick. We seem to nip their colds and other issues in the bud, because the duration of illness is notably shorter now compared to before I practiced Reiki. It's been simply life changing for me and I want everyone to know how to do this!
