- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to ask the guest what type of service they are looking for and for what type of venue. Once we have established this we can then come up with a few different ideas and menu choices for them. We typically do a per person estimate with all the extras included in our quotes, such as equipment, labor, and travel. We do a breakdown of these items so that is it very clear on the cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the food industry for 20+ years and are very knowledgeable in customer service as well as the culinary field.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have done a lot of charity events and non profit events as well as some very high end catering. We are preferred caterers for the Union Hotel in La Porte California and have done weekend long caterings. Breakfast, lunch and dinner all in the same day.
