- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing falls into two categories: set or hourly. Typically I start with a set price (like a branding package with a logo, stationery and website) and after that set is completed, we move to an hourly rate which is great for smaller scale projects. My set pricing varies, and my hourly rate is $30.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In order to best serve you, it is important that I know your needs. A new brand, or a rebrand? A logo, stationery, business cards, signage, and or website? Next I need to know about your business and your services. Lastly, I need to know you! My clients are also my friends, and I enjoy knowing a bit about you personally so that I can serve you better and also build a relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 2013 I completed my BA in Graphic Design and Digital Media, and also enjoyed several marketing classes. After graduating, I work at a design firm in Hollywood and had the opportunity to work on many cool projects and big industry name brands - from Harry Potter, to DC Comics and more. Now I have moved back to my hometown in Northern California and enjoy running my own business so that I can get to know my clients better.
