- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I got a lot to offer with different prices options one on one Personal Training 30 minutes $45 per session Semi Private up to 4 people $35 per 45 minutes sessions Small Groups up to 10 people $20 per 45 minutes sessions and Larger Groups up to 20 just $15 per session. All my Programs include Nutrition Coaching, Facebook Privet Group , Monthly Events, Meal Plans, Newsletter with healthy recipes and exercise tips monthly body composition tracking and much MORE.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we do a Fitness Consultation to go over your goals and make a plan to help you reach your goals we do a Body Composition to get your measurements,weight and body fat% to know where you at and make a plan to take you when you need and want to be. After I will design a workout and nutrition program specific to reach your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, MMA Conditioning Coach, Muay Thai Fitness instructor , Fit Ranx Instructor.
