I had an alimony arrears issue as my ex husband just stopped paying the ordered support. Mr. Smith handled my case in a timely very professional manner and treated me with the utmost respect. I have no complaints, infact I would recommend Mr. Mark Smith to anyone looking for a solid lawyer!

The job consisted of seeking 45k in back pay accumulated over 17 years. Mark moved on it and in 3 months he put enough pressure on the absent parent and I was offered a settlement of which I would have never seen had I not hired such a great attorney. I recommend his ability and his expertise. The best experience with and attorney to collect ever.

I am a former USMC Sgt. I have one leg and PTSD. After being rejected by the VA and Disability Mark Smith assisted me with both problems. They are no longer a problem and I am very thankful to Mark.
