What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I speak with the customer about their massage needs and discomfort. I prefer to work the entire body on the first visit with a 90 min session. This allows me to spend some time getting to know where the client holds tension.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained in Sports Massage, Flexibility Therapy, and Neuromuscular Therapy
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love science, mysteries, puzzles, and helping others. Massage allows me to experience all of that- the science of the body and how it works, the mystery of pain and tension, figuring out which muscles are the culprit causing the discomfort, and obviously helping others through doing so.
