- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For the larger jobs they have to be priced individually but can give examples of past work and what they cost so the costumer can have idea of what something would cost. Small Handy man jobs are usually are usually charge by job or hour depending on scope of work As far as discounts go I like to help the costumer with giving a discount on materials or not charging for curtain material I sometimes have left over materials from other jobs that I can pass over to next client
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with them at the project location explain what I charge go over materials have good communication about the project
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m attending a community collage for my degree in construction project management
