Loads of experience and a great relationship with prosecutors/judges helps a lot. Reasonable fees, great payment plans, jail visits are reassuring with PR Bonds. Free bottled water, hot tea/coffee at the office.. With free parking and complimentary rides from office to court house. He could probably tone it down on the profanity, but that's just his generation, I suppose. A little bit of a wait in the courtroom.. But there's only one Richard Segura and a plethora of cases. All in all: 4 Misdemeanors and 5 Felonies. 1 Misdemeanor and 5 Felonies Dismissed. 1 Misdemeanor Guilty and the others are pending/deferred adjudication.
