- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We generally ballpark jobs so the customer knows what to expect. If the job is bigger or more expensive we let them know first and why. But customers are often surprised when, if the job wasn't as big as anticipated, its less!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I initially talk with the customer and see what their needs are and we go from there! We agree on a time frame, I arrive with my help and equipment (but I am always present); we vacuum, move the necessary furniture, making sure we get every nook and cranny. We use the steam cleaning method with all natural products which makes us both people and pet friendly. Helps keep allergies and allergens at a minimum!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked since college with a larger company, getting hands on training since day one. I felt that the larger scale Carpet cleaner started losing its personal touch, along with the many people that came and went with the company, so I branched out on my own, researching the best products for a safe, chemical free process. I believe I have succeeded in all of those areas!
