- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a systematic approach for pricing, which allows us to be very competitive in the area that we provide services. We do consider our customer's on a case by case basis, because we understand everyone has a budget and some times home improvements can be costly. We want to help you reach your goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make the process stress free. You can contact us by phone, text message, or email 24 hours/day, 7 days/week with any questions or needs . As a new customer, we start the process by setting up a 30 minute, free, no obligation on-site evaluation. During this evaluation, we will evaluate your project, answer all of your questions, and address all of your concerns. We will email you a general service agreement within 24 hours of your evaluation, describing the services that will be provided, and the price to provide those services. The price will never change and you are not obligated to sign anything. If you decide to proceed, you will be introduced to the service professionals who will be providing the services and the services will be started and completed. We never ask for money upfront, we only ask that you pay for your materials directly to the store where we have placed the order, and to pay us when we are finished and you are happy. A very simple, stress free process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our service professionals have a minimum of 15 years of experience in their trade. We participate in seminars so we can provide our customers with the best services possible.
