- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Wedding/Event Vision $225 Assist with design and concept of the event. Day-of Event Coordination $650 Initial meeting at venue to discuss the vision of the event. Reviewing contacts and contacting vendors 2 weeks before event. Full coordination of all vendors, deliveries, decor set-up, and timeline management on the day of the event as well as rehearsal walk-through for weddings. Complete Planning Package $1,800 Making the vision reality, selection of vendors and handling of contracts, multiple in-person meetings and unlimited phone meetings, RSVP management, budget planning, payment reminders, vendor confirmations 2 weeks prior to event, full set-up and coordination day of event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free consultation meeting before finalizing any contracts so we can meet and discuss the details of your event as well as answer any questions you may have. I also communicate and send documents electronically with clients that have busy schedules or are planning an event from out of state. Keeping in touch with my clients is my main priority - communication is key to planning the perfect event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified in Wedding Planning through Ashworth College. Many years of experience in planning friends and family parties and 1 year of professional experience planning and coordinating weddings and several types of events.
