- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge $25/hour but prices are always negotiable and sometimes a trade can be worked out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I like to find out what the problem is, or find out what they are trying to accomplish. Once I know this, I can give them an estimate on how long I think it will take and how much it will cost. I also like to find out the customers budget to make sure that we are both in the same ballpark, and if necessary adjust my prices accordingly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm CompTIA A+ certified and have my BS in Business Administration w/ a concentration in Management Information Systems and Marketing. I've been building and fixing computers since high school.
