Low water flow at kitchen faucet and dishwasher. Company tried to help but was not able to resolve the matter (could not replace faucet or hot water heater).

I am sorry for your view of the situation.
Please feel free to amend the following as you may see fit.
To clarify:
At the time of the service, the technician quoted a price for a repair or a replacement of the kitchen faucet. (The faucet was a "well used" 1980's Moen faucet.)
The customer chose the repair.
The repair did not resolve the issue.
The customer declined a reduction in price (for the repair not resolving the issue), chose to pay full price for the repair and declined replacement of the faucet a second time.
The water heater was not part of the diagnosis during the service visit as adequate hot water was observed at other fixtures and the original issue was significant low volume only on the hot side of the kitchen faucet.
The service we do not/could not provide is/was the repair of the dishwasher.
