    Excellent Lawyer
Filing for bankruptcy is a very stressful and worrisome process, initially. That was until I hired Max Van Orden to represent me and help me through the bankruptcy process. My experience with Max has been great. Max has walked me through the process of filing for bankruptcy and what options he felt would suit me best. Max is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the whole bankruptcy case. He never made me feel rushed in our conversations or meetings and responds to emails and phone calls in a timely manner. He kept me informed and gave me plenty of options to best deal with problems and concerns that arose throughout my bankruptcy case. I would without a doubt refer anyone looking for an experienced bankruptcy lawyer to Max.

    Legal Services
Max has been great in our Needs for legal services. We were a bit shocked to be put in the situation we were in . He comforted us with breaking it down to terms we could understand. His staff as well as himself have always responded in a very timely fashion to any questions or concerns we have had.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending upon they type of case you have that we handle (we do not accept every case that comes into our office) our fee is either contingent upon you receiving a recovery or award or we will charge you an agreed upon flat fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we discuss your case either in person or, if you desire, over the telephone and if yours is a case that we feel that we can assist you with we will propose the terms under which we will represent you. We provide legal services, not used cars, so if you wish to take some time to consider the terms of our representation that is generally acceptable. The attorneys at LeViness, Tolzman and Hamilton will always keep you appraised of developments and will attempt to answer any questions you may have regarding your case or other legal matters.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our attorneys have years of experience performing legal work here in Maryland and often times in other jurisdictions as well.
What types of customers have you worked with?
As a full service general practice "blue collar" law firm, we have worked with all kinds of customers; in our 30 yrs of practice we have represented people of every age, male and female, from many different races, religions and cultures.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Of course this will depend upon the type of case they have and, of course, the answers will also depend upon the type of case.
